ACEN’s vision is to build a restorative African economy that generates well-being and prosperity, inclusive of all its people, through new forms of economic production and consumption which maintain and regenerate its environmental resources.
Whereas, ACBA is in the business of building profitable circular business models, providing in-depth circular market knowledge, analytical insights, growth strategies, access to funding, decarbonisation pathways and ecosystem support to enable circular businesses thrive in both linear and circular markets.
Both organisations will be working together to:
- Assist with equipping traditional financial investors with Circular Economy (CE) understanding and how they are motivated to invest in Startups/businesses under the CE context with the potential of a good Return on Investment (ROI)
- Prepare/build profitable Circular Business Models for small and medium size (SME) businesses as well as large corporations
- Co-create (side) events to introduce and promote Circular Economy Investments opportunities, and drive many more CE innovative concepts and activities forward
