The African Diaspora Investment Symposium 2024 (ADIS24) is a prestigious global gathering that celebrates and champions the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit of Africans, African Diasporans, and friends of Africa.

Hosted by the African Diaspora Network in Silicon Valley, California, USA, under the theme “Activate With Africa: Climate Change, Connections, And Action,” the symposium serves as a catalyst for inspiring change agents and active contributors to Africa’s development and the diaspora’s communities. This esteemed conference activates potential collaborations among participants from various countries, including our esteemed co-founder and Energy Sustainability Director, Nair de Sousa

Additionally, as a young African entrepreneur dedicated to combating climate change, Nair de Sousa was honoured with an invitation to meet with Dr. Monde Muyangwa, Assistant Administrator, and Romi Bhatia, Senior Finance & Investment Advisor at the Bureau for Africa, USAID. The meeting focused on the African investment ecosystem and also highlighted the impactful work of the African Circular Business Alliance (ACBA) in implementing low-carbon technology solutions across Africa and the African Diaspora.
