The African Circular Business Alliance firmly believes that there is strength in numbers and that sum is greater than our individual efforts. Our teams work together across our Head-Quarters/Central-Unit to create maximum impact in catalyzing circular business growth, leadership and climate action in Africa and the world.

We have workers spread out over numerous nations and time zones. We are a hybrid team (online & onsite) that develops effective, practical, and team-oriented hybrid work environments. We also recommend that teams that are close to one another meet more frequently and hold at least one full team meeting in person per year. Benefits and salary are in line with local norms and vary by area. No matter where they are located, team members receive generous vacation time, paid parental leave, and optionally, equipment stipends to ensure they are set up wherever they may be working from.
